Hi, you've probably gathered by now that my name is Siddiq Rashid, and I've been a Web Developer since graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in 2015.

I have a strong background in both design and development, which allows me to create websites that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional. My professional journey has taken me through various industries including web agencies, insurance, e-commerce, and procurement systems, giving me a broad spectrum of experience.

My expertise lies primarily in PHP, with Laravel being my preferred framework. Additionally, I have proficiency in React, Docker, and the LEMP stack. I am well-versed in building API-driven architectures and working with containerized systems. Continuously seeking to expand my skill set, I am currently engaged in a Next.js project such as this site.

My current role is a Tech Lead and senior developer at Shift.
